Roadlay were appointed road surfacing contractor to resurface city centre roads which involved planing out the worn surfaces , spraying a bitumen emulsion bond coat and paver machine laying new 30%14 HRA ( Hot Rolled Asphalt ) wearing course with 60 plus PSV ( polished stone value ) pre coated chippings within a very tight road closure window.
Roadlay also organised all Traffic Management to the TM Plan and the required Thermoplastic White Lining.
